Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including customized or personalized products (such as custom-printed t-shirts and hoodies) and items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Exchanges
